At Kroger Michigan Rewards, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Kroger Michigan Rewards account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local participating Michigan collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
